As a wise Ronan Keating once sang "Life is a rollercoaster." And no truer words have ever left his mouth. With this metaphor in mind, it seems that those dips we have are inevitable and I all too often find my self, in a very British fashion, dwelling on the negatives on life. Be it the weather, politics or those annoying little white ulcers you get on your toungue. All the moaning is infectious and can become a nasty habit, so instead I thought I'd hone in on a few 'tippedy top' feelings that life has to offer! So sit back, relax and enjoy the ride....

...Okay just kidding, but how cool would that be right? Nothing captures the attention of the slightly groggy blog reader than a cup of coffee. Speaking of groggy, I'm sure you're more than familiar with the 'post-party animal' paralysis that dawns upon you before your 9am start. A time where you must literally wake up and smell the coffee....well, unfortunately for you and your caffeine craving cells, I do not have any coffee to give here...at least, not your typical cup of coffee. More of a 'life hack' My coffee cup of morning yoga. A pick-me-up that has become somewhat of a morning motivation to give the creaking bones of this rusty 20-year-old an espresso shot of energy on those days where the cogs need a kick start. anx·i·e·ty
